Middle Class ka Pressure: Padhai, Job aur Failure ka Dar

India me middle class family ka ek apna hi struggle hota hai. Bachpan se hi ek line sunne ko milti hai – "Beta padhai karo, warna zindagi me kuch nahi kar paoge." Yeh dialogue sirf ek sentence nahi hai, yeh ek soch hai jo generation se generation transfer hoti aayi hai. Chhote se bache ko bhi school admission ke time se hi bol diya jata hai – marks laane hai, rank top karna hai. Agar maths me 100 me se 90 aa gaye to ghar wale khush nahi hote, wo puchenge "10 number kahan gaye?" Yeh constant comparison aur pressure ek child ke mind me fear create karta hai. Sports aur Hobbies ko Ignore Karna ⚽🎨 Hamare middle class culture me sports ya hobbies ko seriously lena ek luxury mana jata hai. Cricket khelne ka shauk ho ya painting ka passion – sabko side me rakha jata hai ek hi dialogue ke sath: "Yeh sab timepass hai, focus studies pe rakho." Result? Bohot talented students apni asli pasand ki cheezon me career bana hi nahi paate. Sirf ek safe zone dikhaya jata hai – engineer ya doctor banna hai. Agar wo nahi hua to fir government job ka rasta. Government Exams ka Bhoot 📝 India me UPSC, SSC, Bank PO ya Railway exams ek alag hi craze hai. Middle class parents ke liye government job ek security blanket hoti hai. Gharwale bolte hain – "Private job me future secure nahi hota, sarkari job hi asli sukoon hai." Is wajah se lakhon students apni 20s aur 30s government exam ki preparation me laga dete hain. Har saal attempts diye jaate hain, coaching pe paisa kharch hota hai, aur ghar ka pressure alag se. Agar clear nahi hua to log bol dete hain – "Beta ne mehnat nahi ki, warna exam to clear ho jaata." Par reality kya hai? Har exam me lakhs of aspirants hote hain aur seats sirf kuch hazaar. Sab hardworking students hote hain, par system ke wajah se sab select nahi ho paate. Yeh failure students ke confidence ko tod deta hai. Mental Health ka Angle 🧠💔 Middle class pressure sirf padhai aur job tak limited nahi hai, yeh mental health pe bhi bada impact daalta hai. Comparison, relatives ki taana, aur khud ke sapne daba dena – sab milke anxiety aur depression ko janam dete hain. Lekin hamare culture me mental health ko openly discuss karna abhi bhi taboo hai. Solution kya hai? 🙌 1. Parents ko apne bachon ki strength aur interest samajhna chahiye, na ki sirf marks dekhna. 2. Har child unique hai, koi sports me accha hai, koi coding me, koi art me. Career options bohot hai, sirf ek safe job hi life nahi hai. 3. Failure ko ek learning step samajhna chahiye, na ki end of life. Aaj ke time me duniya badal gayi hai. Internet, GenAI, freelancing aur startups ke era me sirf ek hi formula nahi hai success ka. Middle class families ko bhi yeh samajhna hoga ki "padhai ke alawa bhi life hai."
